Do you know of any other anti spam pluggins for wordpress?

Question from a newbie: what is the criteria for selecting one or a combination of these plugins? Is it dependent at all upon the blog’s WP theme?
hummm well your theme shouldn’t really come in to it but you should always look at each pluggin before installation to make sure they are compatible with your version of wordpress. Most pluggins are updated on a regular basis by their developer but some are left for years without updates and can become a little buggy
