Hi, this is Nicole from Rent a Coder.

As Michelle suggested (thank you Michelle) anyone can sign up with our service and start bidding on freelance jobs right away.

Since many services were mentioned, I want to introduce some very important areas in which our service stands out from the others. First and foremost, Elance charges $199 – $399 for each arbitration. Arbitration at Rentacoder is free. At Guru, a worker can stall just the ***beginning*** of arbitration for weeks (20 business days in fact), but 45% of our arbitration cases are complete under a day. Freelancer limits arbitration to projects with milestone payments of more than $30. And Scriptlance doesn’t offer arbitration except in rare cases, making it extremely difficult (if not impossible) to get a refund for faulty work.

In addition, Guru restricts the number of available workers since it attaches a hefty subscription fee onto its workers who want to make more than 10 bids at a time. Elance workers can’t make more than 3 bids a month unless they pay a subscription fee ($9.95/month for 20, $19.94/month for 40 or $39.95/month for 60). This could reduce the number of qualified bids you receive — and workers may pass these fees onto you in the form of a higher price. Freelancer workers can’t make more than 15 bids a month unless they pay a subscription fee. There are no such restrictions at Rentacoder.

Elance, Guru, and Freelancer don’t provide a money-back guarantee whereas we do, and none of them offer source-code protection whereas again, we do.

I invite you and your visitors to compare the 7 major services through this link to learn even more: http://www.rentacoder.com/RentACoder/DotNet/misc/CompetitorInformation/WhyRentACoder_ForSellers.aspx
